"Ocean Acidification: What are its impacts now and in the future?"

Dr. Richard Feely is Senior Scientist at NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Seattle, where his focus has been to document the effects of ocean acidification on marine ecosystems. In addition to his research, he has been active in public policy as a key member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). In 2007, Dr. Feely and other members of the IPCC were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize with former US Vice President Albert Gore.
