Employer Services

Employers are instrumental partners in the vocational and professional development of SPU students and alumni. We consider you key stakeholders in the future of our graduates. Because of this, the Center for Career and Calling offers a number of employer services to help connect you with excellent candidates.  We look forward to partnering with you.

Posting Jobs and Internships

SPU JobLink is SPU's online job and internship recruiting system.  At no cost, SPU JobLink allows you to post jobs and/or internships, view and print applicant resumes, and make interview selections. We are happy to post jobs that meet our recruiting policies and internships that are in line with our internship policies.

To learn more about setting up an SPU JobLink account and posting positions, please read our SPU JobLink Employer Quick Guide.  If you have a JobLink Account but do not remember your username and password, please email cccjobs@spu.edu to request a password reset.

On-Campus Interviews

The Center for Career and Calling can arrange individual on-campus interviews for employers. These interviews are typically done on either an open sign-up or pre-screened basis. Open sign-up allows any interested student to schedule a brief on-campus interview with your company representative. Pre-screening allows your representative to review the students' resumes in advance. You select whom you wish to interview. We can assist with the scheduling of on-campus interviews with the selected applicants.

To arrange this service, please contact Rick Sass, Employer Relations Manager at 206.281.2344 or sassr@spu.edu.

Skype Video Conference Interviews

We now have the capability to conduct interviews online via a Skype & a web camera. If you or a potential student candidate is interested in utilizing this service, please contact Pat Parsons, CCC Program Coordinator at pparsons@spu.edu or 206.281.2489.

Display Tables

Employers can also gain access to students by using display tables available in the high-traffic area of the Student Union Building (SUB). For an additional fee, display tables may also be reserved in the entrance of Gwinn Commons (main cafeteria). We strongly encourage you to consider hosting a display table during Spring quarter to ensure a high level of student interest. Employers may host one display table per quarter

To arrange this service, please contact Rick Sass, Employer Relations Manager at 206.281.2344 or sassr@spu.edu.

Employer Visibility On-Campus

Throughout the year, the Center for Career and Calling hosts on-campus programs and events.  For more information about events, contact CCC Employer Relations Manager, Rick Sass: sassr@spu.edu.
