Literature Circles and Response (Grades 1-12)

Explore practical and theoretical aspects of creating classroom communities of readers using literature circles and diverse forms of reader response. Using children's and adolescent literature, examine ways to create opportunities for readers to enter into rich conversations about books and weave literature circles into existing programs.
