This Manual outlines the University's human resource policies and procedures for reference in supervising employees.  It is intended for use by University supervisors and managers only, and should not be distributed and shared with non-supervisory employees as it contains guidelines for dealing with employees.

The manual provides practical information on University policies along with legal considerations that are related to the policy.  In addition, suggested guidelines for certain processes are included.

This Manual supersedes any prior information, handbooks or policy statement regarding the matters described herein. The University reserves the right to revise this information at any time.  This Manual does not constitute a contract of employment with any employee, supervisor, manager, or a contract for any benefits, procedures or policies described herein, or a guarantee of specific treatment.
