Authorized Payer Tutorial
Below are tips for parents, guardians, or spouses of SPU students to make online payments and accessing electronic statements:

1. If you wish to make payments on behalf of someone at SPU, you will need to become an "Authorized Payer." Your student must establish a username and password for you in the QuikPay site, and let you know what they are. NOTE: You will need a different username/password for each student at SPU for whom you are an authorized payer.
2. Once your student has created a profile for you, you may access the QuikPay site. This link can also be found on the SPU home page by clicking on the "Online payments" link under SPU Virtual Campus.
3. We recommend that you change your password the first time you log in.
4. Once in the QuikPay site, you can establish payment profiles containing your account information that can be re-used. You can make e-check or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa) payments. Credit card payments will have a 2.75 percent service fee assessed by QuikPay. There is no fee for e-check payments.
5. You can set your user preferences such that you will receive an email whenever a new statement is available for your student.
6. The "Balance due" amount that defaults in when you are making a payment is pulled from the most recent statement. Payments or other account activity will not adjust this number until the following month.
7. Following is a screen shot of what you should see when you first login to the QuikPay site:
