New Response managing editor, as well as published poet and editor

 Hannah Faith Notess attended Westmont College and received an M.F.A. in creative writing from Indiana University. She first came to SPU as an adjunct professor of English and the Milton Center Fellow at Image journal.
She is the editor of Jesus Girls: True Tales of Growing Up Female and Evangelical, a collection of personal essays. She has also worked as an editor on books and magazines including The Other Journal and Indiana Review. Her own writing has appeared in The Christian Century, Christianity and Literature, Crab Orchard Review, Los Angeles Review, and Slate.
