KENT HILL, former SPU professor of history and president of Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts, was nominated by U.S. President George W. Bush to head the Europe and Eurasia Bureau of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). SHIRLEY ORT has been the associate provost at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill since September 2000. She worked at Seattle Pacific between 1968 and 1979 as a housemother, director of student employment, associate dean of students and dean of student development. |
