Highlights cutting edge tools and practices for selecting and developing leadership capacity within organizational settings as well as the interpersonal and structural dynamics that characterize effective groups. Explores systemic approaches to leadership in the context of organizational culture and interpersonal factors such as leadership ethics, purpose, motivation, power and communication.
