WHAT IS ICQ?
ICQ ("I Seek You") is a program that lets you find your friends and associates online in real time. You can create a Contact List containing only people you want to have there, you can send them messages, chat with them, send files, configure ICQ to work with external applications and more.

DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ICQ
To start working with ICQ, you'll need to download the installation file.
To download ICQ, go to //www.icq.com/download/, and follow the instructions.

REGISTERING WITH THE H4 ICQ NETWORK
H4 RESIDENTS AND SPU STUDENTS
Once you have ICQ going, add user 8604263 with the message that you would like to participate in the H4 ICQ Network. Your ICQ number will be sent out to all other people who wish to join this network, whether they live on H4 or in another dorm. We will send you the entire contact list of the H4 members (and other SPU students) who have already registered to be on the H4 ICQ Network. Only those individuals who have indicated that they wish to participate in this network will be sent this list.

Please do not give out the H4 ICQ Network members to anyone. Be sure to read the H4 Terms of Use contract by clicking the link at the bottom of any H4 web page.
