Prerequisite: ENG 2201 or WRI 1100 or USCH 1111 or USCH 1112 or USCH 1113. Develops abilities associated with writing tasks in the professions, including reports, correspondence, proposals, and procedure manuals. Emphasizes role of persuasion in routine and special writing tasks. Also addresses visual design in the preparation of documents and the impact of digital technologies on writing in the professional workplace.
