In this course, students will learn foundational skills necessary for accurate and comprehensive health assessment across the lifespan. Students will learn how to integrate client needs, preferences, development, and culture into assessment techniques and documentation. Students will also learn to interpret and document examination findings using appropriate terminology and technological tools.
