View all MUS classes

Songwriting is a creative process. Through practical hands-on experience, students will learn how to explore, evaluate and appropriate the critical components and principles for writing songs. An introduction to instrumentation: timbre, limitations of range, and emotional effects, will enhance the student’s artistic expression in sonically arranging their songs.
