EGR 4450: Control Systems Design (2025-2026)

This course aims to provide the students with essential knowledge in modeling, analysis, and design for feedback control systems. Students will learn how to model linear systems, analyze stability, time and frequency responses, and design PID and lead/lag controllers. Students will also learn how to apply control theory to real engineering problems using MATLAB/Simulink. Typically offered: Spring. Fee(s): Engineering Materials Fee
