This course provides an in-depth analysis of the Healthcare concept of Evidence-Based Practice as it applies to the profession of nursing. Students will examine the theoretical foundation for integrating clinical expertise, client values and preferences, and best research evidence to facilitate decision-making toward quality outcomes. Students will relate the SHS Core Values to the concept of Evidence-Based Practice. Typically offered: Autumn, Winter.
