COM 3160: Conflict Management (2026-2027)

Introduces students to the work of managing conflict well in a variety of contexts (personal relationships, business settings, disputes between friends, etc.). Explores both the theory and practice of conflict management, training students in methods of conflict resolution. Lectures, discussion, and in-class role plays offer students both the knowledge and experience to resolve future conflicts well both for themselves (negotiation/reconciliation) and others (mediation).
