Topics include First Amendment and the meaning of free expression; prior restraint; hate speech; libel; invasion of privacy; freedom of information; protection of news sources; free press/fair trial; obscenity and indecency; copyright; advertising; and telecommunications regulation. Typically offered: Alternate Years.
