BUS 3600: Gender and Leadership (2018-2019)

This course explores why women and men continue to have differing rates of representation in leadership roles in the workplace. Leadership styles, organizational practices, perceptual biases and other factors that influence leadership outcomes for men and women will be examined. The course reviews recent research from a variety of social science disciplines including social psychology, sociology, economics, political science, management and organization science. May not be offered every year.
