The impact of business leadership cannot be overstated. An ineffective leader can destroy lives. A great leader can have outsized business success AND positively impact the people they lead. But great business leadership is NOT something innate - it is something that is LEARNED. We will explore examples of both good and bad business leadership through case studies, media articles, and pop culture, as well as dive into the lessons learned from three decades of leadership (successes AND failures). This is not a theoretical course - the goal is that you will leave with a blueprint of how to inspire, motivate, and win in business through effective leadership. May be repeated for credit up to 9 credits.
