Post-Tenure Review

Tenured faculty should undergo post-tenure reviews at least every five years (see Faculty HandbookSection 5.5.5). Schools and departments are free to create their own annual schedules for post-tenure reviews, but should send a brief report to the Office of the Provost. All reporting for these reviews must be completed by the end of Spring Quarter (June 20, 2022).


Non-Tenure Track Review Process

Faculty in non-tenure track positions shall be evaluated in the third year of their full-time employment. Performance reviews should recur at least every five years thereafter (see Faculty HandbookSection 5.5.4). Schools and departments are free to create their own annual schedules for non-tenure track faculty performance reviews, but should send a brief report to the Office of the Provost. All reporting for these reviews must be completed by the end of Spring Quarter (June 20, 2022).
