How does your time at SPU connect to the work you’re doing today?

SPU’s mission of engaging the culture and changing the world is exactly what I strive to do at work everyday.

Who made a difference in your SPU education?

Dr. Jennifer McKinney changed my life, honestly. She challenged my perspective and pushed me to widen my worldview. I loved how she structured class and spoke with such authority. She’s brilliant, no doubt, and I continue to read thourgh the old class notes or assigned readings.

What advice do you have for students about life after graduation?

Be kind to yourself, continue to unlearn bad habits and surround yourself with strong friends who will push you to be better.
