Has your office moved?

Has your office moved in the past year? If so, consider sending a brief announcement to the Faculty/Staff Bulletin at fsb-editor@spu.edu with information and the address of your new location. This will be helpful as the university resumes in-person operations this month and prepares for Autumn Quarter.

In case you missed it: 2021–22 ORCA cards now available

ORCA cards are available to all regular, full-time University employees (at least .8 FTE or 32 hours a week) who do not live on campus and who utilize an alternative form of transportation at least three days a week. This year, the annual administration fee is $25. This annual fee will be charged as a one-time payroll deduction transaction.

  • If you would like to renew your ORCA card, complete the online CTR Participation Agreement Form. Once your form is processed, the annual fee will be deducted from your paycheck. If you did not renew your ORCA card on or before August 6, 2021, your current ORCA card will be deactivated Aug. 10, 2021. You can reactivate your ORCA card after this date by submitting the online form.
  • If you are enrolling in the program for the first time, or need a replacement ORCA card, you can pick a new one up at the Office of Safety and Security any weekday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. after submitting the required form. Once your form is processed, the annual fee will be deducted from your paycheck.
