GRK 1101: () Offerings
Emphasizes the essentials of Koine Greek grammar and syntax, enabling the student to read the New Testament with a beginner's facility and with the potential to study other kinds of biblical and nonbiblical Koine Greek literature. Offered Summer Quarter only.
GRK 1102: () Offerings
Prerequisite: GRK 1101 or equivalent. Emphasizes the essentials of Koine Greek grammar and syntax, enabling the student to read the New Testament with a beginner's facility and with the potential to study other kinds of biblical and nonbiblical Koine Greek Literature. Offered Summer Quarter only.
GRK 1103: () Offerings
Prerequisites: GRK 1101 and 1102 or equivalent. Emphasizes the essentials of Koine Greek grammar and syntax, enabling the student to read the New Testament with a beginner's facility and with the potential to study other kinds of biblical and nonbiblical Koine Greek literature.
GRK 2001: () Offerings
Prerequisite: Competency in a non-English language equivalent to the third quarter of a first-year college-level foreign language course. This course is an introduction to the grammar and syntax of classical Greek. Parts of speech, basic forms of the verb, and declined nouns will be studied, as well as words needed for a working vocabulary. Offered alternate years.
GRK 2002: () Offerings
Prerequisite: GRK 2001 or permission of instructor. This course continues into more complicated grammar and syntactical constructions, which lead to the ability to read simple prose selections in the original Greek. Offered alternate years.
GRK 4920: () Offerings
Greek is available to qualified students through the classics professor. May be repeated for credit up to 9 credits.

GRK 4930: () Offerings
For advanced students who wish to assist as discussion leaders and readers in 2000-level Greek classes. May be repeated for credit up to 6 credits.

GRK 4940: () Offerings
An internship in Greek.
