ENGINEERING AND APPLIED SCIENCE – ENGINEERING PHYSICS MAJOR
Suggested Course Sequence: A Four-Year Plan

At least 120 total and 27 upper-division credits are required for the BS in Engineering and Applied Science – Engineering Physics major.

This course sequence is meant to be used as a guideline.

Major	CSC 1230, MAT 1234, EGR 1402, EGR 3402 (required for transfer students only),	CHM 1211, EGR 1125, MAT 1235	EGR 1125, MAT 1236
Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)	Foreign Language if required, and as dictated by placement test.			MAT 0121, 0122, 0123, 0124, 0125 (if needed, as dictated by placement test); ENG 2201 (if needed, as dictated by placement test) AHA, AHB, SSA, SSB (Choose one depending on competency courses needed.)

Major	EGR 2891, EGR 3000, PHY 3311, MAT 3724	EGR 3401, PHY 3312	EGR 2200, EGR 3391, PHY 2321, PHY 3313	Ten credits of Tech Electives (consult with the EAS coordinator about approved tech elective courses)
Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)				AHA, AHB, SSA, SSB (whichever categories remain unfulfilled)
Other		Apply to graduate once 105 credits and admission to major have been earned.		Electives to reach at least 135 credits if needed

Other	Create a final-year plan and meet with your faculty advisor for review.	EGR 4899 may be taken for an additional credit to achieve required “W” or upper division credits		Electives to reach at least 180 total college-level quarter credits and 60 upper-division credits if needed
