Suggested Course Sequence: A Four-Year Plan

At least 60 total and 25 upper-division credits are required, including at least 18 upper-division credits taught in Spanish. This course sequence is meant to be used as a guideline. Consult with your faculty advisor or academic counselor about modifying this plan to meet your needs, and to reflect any coursework you have already completed prior to enrolling at SPU.

Other	Apply for admission to the major once you have earned a 2.5 or better GPA in 10 credits of coursework at SPU in foreign languages and literature and/or Latin American Studies. Electives to reach at least 90 credits if needed

Major		EUR 4254		Study abroad experience through the CCCU Latin American Studies Program or a faculty-approved alternative; 18 Elective credits in the major, including sufficient upper-division courses taught in Spanish

Other	Apply to graduate once 105 credits and admission to major have been earned. Electives to reach at least 135 credits if needed
