THEATRE - PRODUCTION EMPHASIS
Suggested Course Sequence: A Four-Year Plan

At least 70 total and 30 upper-division credits are required for the BA in Theatre - Production major. This course sequence is meant to be used as a guideline. Consult with your faculty advisor or academic counselor about modifying this plan to meet your needs, and to reflect any coursework you have already completed prior to enrolling at SPU.

Major	TRE 1720, TRE 1931	TRE 1340	TRE 1810	TRE elective courses (24 required total); TRE 1931/3931
Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)	Begin or resume elementary foreign language, if competency requirement is not complete. Unless you are exempt, take the Math Placement Test at least three academic quarters before you intend to take your Exploratory Curriculum math class. Complete ENG 2201, if required.			AHB, AHC, SSA, SSB, NSA, NSA, NSB, MAT (Choose one to three depending on competency courses needed)
Other				Electives to reach at least 45 credits if needed

Major	TRE 2340			TRE 2420 or TRE 2421; Over next three years choose 15 credits from the following: TRE 2733, 2740, 3720, 3750, 4760, 4961; TRE 1931/3931 (6 credits total required for the degree)
Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)				AHB, AHC, SSA, SSB, NSA, NSB, MAT (whichever categories remain unfulfilled)
Other	Apply for admission to the major once 12 TRE credits has been successfully completed.			Electives to reach at least 90 credits if needed

Major	TRE 3733 Or TRE 3710;			TRE 3733, 3710; TRE 1931/3931 (6 credits total required for the degree); TRE 1930/3930 (2 credits total required for the degree)

Other	Apply to graduate once 105 credits and admission to major have been earned.			Electives to reach at least 135 credits if needed
