Staff Members of the Year

Each year, SPU’s Staff Council nominates two staff members who do their work superbly, impact our community exceptionally, and serve God wholeheartedly.

Curt Jacobson (left) service desk manager in the Office of Facility and Project Management, was recognized as the Oral V. Hemry Non-Exempt Staff Member of the Year. One nominator wrote, “our campus would surely fall apart if he wasn’t here to make sure all was running smoothly.”

Ineliz Soto-Fuller, director of Undergraduate Admissions, was recognized as Exempt Staff Member of the Year. Said one nomination: “Her testimony of God’s work in her life transcends all boundaries, making her a role model to students, women in leadership, her staff reports, and the greater Seattle community.”
