The Rev. Eugene Peterson, a 1954 alumnus of Seattle Pacific University and author of the 2002 award-winning bestseller The Message, will give a public lecture titled “St. Mark: The Basic Text for Christian Spirituality.” He will talk about the importance of Scripture in spiritual formation.
