Recently, we had the opportunity to celebrate the program completion of 10 students in the RN to BSN program. Being a part of this ceremony always brings special pleasure for me as these students — nearly all of whom practice fulltime in area medical centers or clinics — graduate. The ceremony is a wonderful culmination of their fortitude and commitment to lifelong learning. Read more

Tent City 3 — A Lesson in Serving
Seattle Pacific University hosted Tent City 3 in the heart of the campus from December 13, 2014, to March 7, 2015. It was one of those experiences where those who “hosted” were more blessed than those who received. Hosting TC3 gave students, faculty, and staff an opportunity to care for and learn from our short-term neighbors. Read more

This year we saw the largest ever application pool to the undergraduate program. There were 97 SPU applicants, 136 transfer applicants, and 44 post-baccalaureate applicants. Read more
