Our rates for the apartment are as follows: $125 for one night, $85 per night for three or more nights, or $500 per week for seven consecutive nights. Please note that full payment is required in advance and is non-refundable to secure a reservation.
We are also pleased to announce that we've expanded our inventory with an additional unit, adding to our offerings of the SPU Guest Apartment. In addition to our existing guest apartment, we now have a charming guest house located at 320 Dravus. This quaint home features one bedroom, an office, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a cozy living room.
The rate for this new unit is $130 per night, with a discounted rate of $90 per night for three or more nights, or $550 per week (seven consecutive nights). Just like our original guest apartment, full payment is required in advance to secure a reservation and is non-refundable.
The Guest Apartment is located under the Office of Safety and Security on the corner of West Bertona Street and Sixth Avenue West.
Please note: Safety and Security is a 24-hour operation, with offices directly above the guest apartment. Noise and activity may occur at all hours, and may include walking, talking, radio operations, cleaning services, and more.
Since it is necessary for Safety and Security to operate around the clock, please take this into consideration when requesting a reservation for the guest apartment.
