Adolescent Cognition and Emotion (A.C.E.) Lab

SNAP Study

Principal Investigator: Amy Mezulis, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology

A.C.E. Lab is committed to understanding the dramatic rise in mood disorders and mood-related problems in adolescence. We are particularly interested in pathways to depression, self-injury, and disordered eating behaviors. Supported by an NIMH grant, our team specializes in examining how youth respond to stressful events emotionally, physiologically, and cognitively, and   in understanding how these responses may convey risk for the development   of mood and mood-related disorders
