TRANSFORM YOUR FUTURE
The increasing diversity and rapid pace of today’s workplace has made industrial/organizational psychology one of the fastest growing and most relevant areas of expertise.

In response to this demand, Seattle Pacific University has developed a masters and doctoral program in industrial/organizational psychology. Each of these programs was designed with a focus on the science and rigor associated with quality degrees in this field along with an equal emphasis on the practice of organizational psychology. This unique blend of science and practical experience offers students the confidence that their training is of the highest quality, giving them the tools and knowledge to contribute as credible practitioners in the organizations they serve.

Students are taught by faculty members who have relevant credentials in the field, and whose expertise comes from practical experience as consultants and leaders in corporations and non-profits around the world. The program curriculum provides students with a strong theoretical foundation for meeting real-world challenges. Field practicum experiences allow them to design and deliver interventions, conduct research and develop leaders. A wide variety of electives encourage students to tailor their coursework to meet their individual vocational and professional goals.

Professionals with graduate degrees in industrial/organizational psychology are in demand throughout the academic and business world.
