Ames Leadership Scholarship

At SPU, we consider a diverse community an asset. That’s why the Ames Leadership Scholarships were created to support ethnically diverse high school graduates.
Pia Durias“My greatest moments of truth, challenge and growth are undeniably attributed to my student leadership at SPU. God bless the Ames for contributing to my success, as I continue my journey in giving the hope and change God wants to see for the world.” - Dalillah Bernal, Ames Scholar

Apply to Be an Ames Scholar!

Are you a minority high school student and a born leader? You may be the perfect candidate for the Ames Leadership Scholarship. We consider cross-cultural experiences, a desire to lead on the SPU campus, and a willingness to participate in ongoing leadership development. The amount awarded varies.

To be considered, please submit your Ames Leadership Scholarship application by February 15, 2010.
