Zawadi Morrow

Minister of Worship and Production Assistant

Zawadi was born in a tiny African village in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  His biological mother died in child birth, and he was adopted by European missionaries who were serving there at that time.  Growing up on three different continents in a multi-cultural family was the norm for Zawadi.  After completing his first piano lesson at age seven, he discovered his love for music.  Zawadi and his family moved to United States as he began high school, and it was there that he met his future wife, Erin.  Zawadi earned his B.M. in Music Education from Appalachian State University with concentrations in piano and violin.  His M.A. in Worship Studies with concentrations in Worship Leadership and Ethnomusicology came from the Liberty University Theological Seminary and Graduate School.  Zawadi currently serves as advisor for the gather ministry.
