At the end of each spring quarter, Seattle Pacific Seminary proudly commissions its graduating Master of Arts in Theology and Master of Divinity students into the Lord's service as theologians and ministers.  This year’s Commissioning Service was held at First Free Methodist Church on Thursday, June 11, 2015.

On Friday, June 12, 2015, the students were "hooded" by Seminary faculty in Demaray Chapel of First Free Methodist Church in a hooding ceremony.  As a special recognition ceremony where a red sash-like hood is placed over the head of the graduate, this signifies the completion of their graduate program.

Then the graduates walked across the street to the Tiffany Loop of the SPU campus for the Graduate School Commencement ceremony and across the stage to receive their diplomas.

Congratulations to the Seattle Pacific Seminary class of 2015: Cory Adam Baker, Nicholas Davenport, Bob Do, Brian Gregory, Nate Hoover, Natalie Johnson, Rebekah Lindberg, Anh Nguyen, and Jordan Uomoto.  We are proud of your accomplishments and as you go forward, each of you will always be a part of the SPS family!
