As a result of engaging at SPU, students will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to assess their levels of stress/distress and identify appropriate practices and resources for regular self-care and support.
  • Engage and reflect on healthy practices related to fitness, nutrition and diet, sleep, substance use, sex, mental health, and personal safety.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and make informed decisions regarding their mental, physical, and overall health and well being.
