New Students Engage the Culture

What is CityQuest?

CityQuest Banner

As a highlight of Orientation at SPU, CityQuest invites new students to engage the city of Seattle through community service.

Through the John Perkins Center, incoming SPU students will spend a day in service to Seattle-area non-profit organizations and learn about this organization's role and relationships in the community. As a Center that helps students engage in discipleship and capacity development in areas of community development, we hope that students will learn ways to continue their involvement with these organizations throughout the school year.
