Paul R. Yost, Ph.D. teaches in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate program at Seattle Pacific University and serves as president of Yost & Associates, Inc., specializing in talent management, leadership development, and continuous learning. He previously served as Senior Research Specialist at Microsoft with responsibilities in leadership development, talent management and executive assessment. Before this, Paul was with The Boeing Company where his work focused on leadership development, learning from experience, leadership program design and evaluation, and employee survey management. Other experience includes work in assessment and selection, managerial training, and team effectiveness in positions at GEICO Insurance and Battelle Research. Paul received his Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
