Welcome to Conference Services

Tiffany Loop on the SPU campus

For more than 100 years, Seattle Pacific University’s parklike campus nestled in Seattle’s historic Queen Anne Hill neighborhood has served as a welcoming setting for a variety of conferences and events.

Autumn 2020: SPU is closed to external group events for the duration of the Autumn Quarter. We are planning to re-open in 2021, though our re-open date is not yet set. If you are interested in hosting your 2021 event on campus, please fill out our Event Inquiry Form.

The University’s Conference Services office can help you arrange:

  • Personalized conference services
  • Meeting facilities
  • Food services
  • Summer housing
  • Ample, free parking during summers (including ADA-compliant parking)
  • Easy access to downtown Seattle
  • Convenient public transportation

Flying in or out of town? SPU’s campus is just a 30-minute drive from Sea-Tac International Airport.

Contact Conference Services to begin the planning process for your next event or conference.
