Bio

Mahdi is an international student from Saudi Arabia. He is passionate about graphic design and currently earning a degree in Visual Communication. He gained experiences through working with original and creative promotional materials at Skreys’ Coffee & More. Coming to SPU with little background in Adobe programs, he has learned to adapt and become more sufficient in using these tools to enhance his creative skills. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University, he is seeking an opportunity to prove himself in the professional field. His works are often include organic shapes, neutral colors, expressive strokes of figures.

Album Cover

I was thrilled when I had to do this project by choosing the song by yourself that you like and making an album cover of it. I picked the music that I love listening to, which was imagine dragons believer. I started making my sketches on paper and then transferring them to digital design and experience things that I haven’t experienced openly before in design.

 

Healthy Booklet

This project was made to encourage children to eat more healthy food and track what they eat in a regular day at school and home. The target was children therefore there were a lot of colors involved in the design concept. the main goal of it this project is to encourage healthy lifestyle habits.
