Governor Chris Gregoire has directed flags at all Washington State agency facilities be lowered to half-staff Thursday, March 1, in memory of Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu who was killed in the line of duty on February 23.
Seattle Pacific University is joining other government entities, citizens, and businesses in this recognition.
A memorial service in honor of Trooper Tony Radulescu’s life and service to the citizens of the state of Washington will be held on March 1, at 1 p.m. at the ShoWare Center, located at 625 West James Street in Kent.
