Suzanne Daley, foreign correspondent for The New York Times, will talk about the current political situation in Europe during a special event on Wednesday, May 14, 12:30 p.m. in Demaray Hall 150.
Her talk is titled “The Rise of the Far Right in Europe.” Daley became a foreign correspondent covering Europe for The New York Times in 2010. Her previous assignments for the Times included education editor, chief of the Pairs bureau, and chief of the Johannesburg bureau.
The event is sponsored by the Department of Communication and Journalism.
