Application Checklist

This is a two-part application. This checklist will help you make sure you have provided all necessary information. Applications will not be considered if all elements are not completed. If you are having problems completing any of the requirements, email 37five@spu.edu

All classes and students are encouraged to participate in the 37five project for Winter 2010 and Spring 2010.

• Part 1:
  
  • Email your spring application in an attachment to 37five@spu.edu.  Applications will be accepted between March 31st and May 28th, 2010. You will describe your group, your worship experiences, and the organization you want to advocate for in the application.  Along with this information you will turn in a picture of your group, and a check.  You make the check out to the organization.  We will include a check to match this amount if your application is accepted.



• Part 2:
  
  • Turn in your spring fulfillment page to University Ministries (second SUB).  This means you sign on the dotted line saying that you fulfilled the requirements for the 37five Project.  This is due the last day of classes of Winter quarter, June 8th, 2010, which gives you until end of the quarter to fulfill all the requirements.
