Campus Ministries

Welcome to Campus Ministries! As campus pastors, we work hard to offer students a wide range of opportunities for worship, discipleship, and reconciliation at Seattle Pacific. You can explore each ministry option by clicking the links above, and you can find out more about who we are on our staff and mission pages. We hope to see you soon!

Students praying

Chapel

SPU’s weekly, campuswide worship service fills the sanctuary of First Free Methodist Church with song, with meditations on the Scriptures, and with prayer.

Group

This is not your standard “songs and sermon” program. Group is a holistic service, an immersion of the body, mind, and heart in the Christian story.

Prayer and Communion

Every week of the quarter, the SPU community is invited to a small, contemplative prayer and communion service focused on the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, or Eucharist.

Student Ministry Coordinators

Student Ministry Coordinators (SMCs) serve the spiritual needs of students living in the residence halls. Each SMC is responsible for a particular residence hall floor, serving God by living as an example of wisdom, responsibility, and grace.

Sharpen

Sharpen serves SPU transfer students, as well as students who live off campus or in Campus Housing and Apartments (CHA).

Men’s and Women’s Ministries

The Anam Chara Women’s Ministry and the Men’s Ministry offer special opportunities for refreshment and restoration.

Winter Trees

An Invitation to Wait

Campus Ministries has cultivated a list of Advent 2016 resources and events that might encourage and challenge our collective movement through Advent.
