Student Ministry Coordinator Program

The Student Ministry Coordinator (SMC) program is a residence-hall based ministry dedicated to serving the spiritual needs of SPU’s residential students through relationships, holistic faith formation, and partnership with God and fellow leaders.

As a team of student leaders, SMCs seek to build community and provide spiritual care for their peers under the leadership of Student Ministries and through intentional partnership with other departments and teams operating within Residence Life.

Residence Hall Ministry Coordinators

The Residence Hall Ministry Coordinator (RHMC) program is a residence-hall based ministry that exists to nurture the spiritual life of SPU’s residential communities through relationships, leadership development, and holistic faith formation. RHMCs serve by mentoring and supporting the SMCs while helping cultivate vibrant, inclusive Christian community within the residence halls.

As a team of student leaders, RHMCs partner closely with Student Ministries and Residence Life to encourage spiritual growth, provide care for peers and leaders, and create meaningful opportunities for faith, connection, and belonging across campus.
