New Student Advising
  1. Sign up for Orientation, SPU’s four-day program prior to the start of classes. Log into Banner and go to the Student Menu > New Student Menu > Orientation Sign Up.

NOTE: Students admitted for Winter or Spring Quarters will be contacted by the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership regarding Orientation activities for those quarters. Winter and Spring Quarter Orientation programs do not span multiple days. Students admitted for Autumn 2017 will be able to sign up for Orientation starting in May 2017.

  1. Submit updated official transcripts for all institutions/testing programs from which you’ve received college credit. To keep your records up to date, we need to receive all updated official transcripts prior to the start of classes. College-level coursework and credit for standardized exams listed on high school transcripts must be accompanied by official transcripts from the testing organization or post-secondary institutions granting credit in order for those credits to be transferred.
