Students and alumni of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at Seattle Pacific University are making an impact in a variety of organizations. 80% of our alumni aquire jobs related to I/O, and the many of our current students are working or have internships while in the program. The most successful alumni are those who have jobs or internships while in the program, build a strong network, and work hard to find a job they will thrive doing.
