2013-2014 Housing Sign-Up

SIGN-UP WITHOUT A ROOMMATE

If you are a current resident and don't have a roommate or prefer that Housing Services place you, please complete a Room and Meal Plan Contract at OUS. The Contract and Residential Student Guidebook together form a legal and binding agreement, so read both documents thoroughly to understand the terms of your residency. To be guaranteed housing, return the contract to OUS by 5 p.m. on May 24.

Housing Services will match you with a returning resident or a new student and assign you to a space according to the preferences listed on your Campus Housing Application. Visit spu.edu/HousingApp to update your roommate matching preferences. Be specific about your placement preferences in the notes section, and we will make every effort to honor them. Priority will be given to your placement during the summer assignment process, and you will be notified of your assignment in late July. To assist you in identifying a roommate, a sign-up list will be available in OUS beginning April 22.

Commuters who would like to return to campus, but do not have a roommate and will be younger than 20 as of the first day of Autumn Quarter (September 30, 2013) may also follow the process above. Commuters who will be 20 years or older may submit a Room and Meal Plan Contract by May 24 to be placed on a waiting list for space should it become available.
