Favorite/Most challenging class: One of my favorite classes at SPU was taking UCOR 3000 with Professor Benton because it made me challenge my faith and made it stronger. 

Favorite memory of SPU: My favorite memory of SPU is meeting all the amazing professors I had the honor of working with and all the wonderful discussions we had together that helped me grow personally and intellectually. 

Biggest life lesson learned during college: The biggest life lesson I learned during college was how to truly embrace myself and experience the joy of life. 

Plans after graduation: Attend my dietetic internship in Montana to learn about sustainable food systems, and then I'll be on my way to becoming a registered dietitian.
