Dr. Tien Le grew up in Vietnam and came to America at age 17 for college. He studied at State University of New York
Plattsburgh in upstate New York, earning a BS in math and finance. After graduating, he spent two years working as a financial analyst in New York. He then pursued a master’s degree in mathematics for teachers
at Western New England University, followed by a PhD in math at Tulane University. His expertise is in combinatorics and statistics.
