Physician Assistant

PPhysician assistants practice medicine on teams with primary care physicians, specialists, and other health care workers. They also may provide health care services typically performed by a physician, under the supervision of a physician. They conduct complete physicals, provide treatment, and counsel patients. They may, in some cases, prescribe medication.

Suggested undergraduate majors: Applied Human Biology, Physiology.
